Every house starts with an initial walk through. Every house is unique in its own way. I like to take the time to walk through every house to know exactly what the house needs.
- Initial Walk Through for Vacant House- $35
- 75¢ per mile outside of Lincoln, NE (after 10 miles out)
Walk & Talk Consultations (Occupied Homes) $85
I will conduct a comprehensive walkthrough of your home, providing tailored recommendations to maximize its marketability prior to listing. My suggestions typically include optimizing paint colors, enhancing curb appeal, improving lighting, and thoughtfully arranging furniture, artwork, and accessories to create a welcoming environment. I am happy to work with your existing furnishings or discuss the option of incorporating additional pieces, as needed. Additionally, I will provide a detailed folder with essential information to help prepare your home for the market.
